the self check-in was efficient and simple. i appreciated the code access system as i did not worry about any keys. the hotel location was near various attractions also good restaurants. i found it easy to explore the city by foot, which saved me money on transport.

the ventilation in my room was not amazing so i kept the window slightly open.

the availability of someone ready to assist when requirements were needed was very apreciated. self check-in was quick and easy and provided with a time saver. i found the digital access very secure and convinient.

the room was new and very clean when i arived. the bed was very comfy and i loved the design of the windows. temperature adjustments were easy and efficient, i felt warm during the night. the wifi was also great, i could work without any interuptions.

there is a coffee and tea machine available and its very useful. i also found a smart tv that offered a variety of channels. all needed toiletries were supplied in my room. there is security every night, this.

there was nice coffee, water, and ear plugs available, it was a great touch. although i did not partake, breakfast is provided in an hotel nearby. the staff consider all your preferences in terms of what you want to eat.

the autonomous services are convenient. for instance, i could take the iron myself from a dedicated area. lockers were available on check-in and check-out DAYS. my room was already prepared before the check-in time, i received a notification. aircon and wi-fi function well, there are no issues.

a security guard was smoking INSIDE. this made the smell in the hall area awful. rooms are very small, it is a fact. on hot days, the conditioning is unable to cool the room fully. my room was on the top fifth floor, this may be the reason.
